These Terms and Conditions apply to visitors (hereinafter referred to as "Customers”) to our product website (hereinafter referred to as "Website”). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing and/or ordering any products from the Website. You are to be bound by these Terms and Conditions if you specifically agree to them at the time of submitting a purchase order in our Website.

І. Products and Prices

A description of the main characteristics and features of the products can be found on the product page of this Website.

Product prices listed on this Website are final and include all applicable taxes. Product prices could be changed without informing Customers before the action of ordering. Customers agree to pay the current price at the time of placing the order.

ІІ. Orders

You can place your orders online only, and only from this Website. For placing your order you have to fill in all the mandatory empty spaces in the order form marked with a sign (*). The types of data collected from this Website are as follows: Name and Surname, Phone Number, Full Address (City, ZIP Code, Street, and Province) and E-mail. Any personal information you provide to this Website from which you can be identified is stored securely and confidentially and is processed fairly and lawfully in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Art. 13/14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation). This Website takes all the appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect against unauthorized or unlawful processing of your personal information, including encrypting your information to applicable industry standards.

After placing your order you will receive an automated confirmation message on the E-mail address you have provided. Receiving the confirmation E-mail will mean that your order has been well accepted in our system and ready for delivery. Please respond to that E-mail if you would like to cancel your order and/or make any amendments regarding the order and/or the delivery. However, irrespectively of receiving the confirmation E-mail and as a part of our fraud prevention system, we reserve the right our call center representatives to call you after placing the order should they need to make any clarifications and/or get your confirmation of the delivery and/or details concerning the delivery of the products.

By placing an order through the Website and specifically agreeing on these Terms and Conditions, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. Customers should provide a valid telephone number, E-mail and address and to pay the price of ordered products upon visit by the courier company to be able to accept them. Customers should not make false orders, give false reviews on products, and not provide other incorrect information.

III. Method of payment

All orders have to be paid Cash-On-Delivery to the courier company upon visit of the courier at the time of the delivery. Currently we do not accept credit/debit cards and/or any other means of electronic payments. In terms of data collection our Website does not collect any payment related information from the Customers.

ІV. Delivery

Ordered products are shipped within 1-3 working days from receipt of the order. When the product is not available, we must inform you in that period mentioned on this page. We are not responsible for delays in orders caused by the courier company, by filling in incorrect delivery details (address, phone number) by the Customers, as well as by other force majeure.

V. Using the Website

We must strictly observe the Law on the protection of personal data provided to protect our customer information to deliver orders to the specified delivery address within the agreed period. We use a special encryption algorithm to protect the provided personal data. We keep the data in a special format that is mathematically proven to be undecryptable.

We may not deliver the ordered products when incorrect delivery details, such as wrong address and/or telephone number, are specified.

We are not responsible for the information specified by the manufacturer of the products.

VI. Warranty

Under Warranty Customers can benefit from either of the following options:

7 Day Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) Guarantee

If your item arrives damaged or is not working, please contact our Customer Support and you can claim your product dead-on-arrival, defective-on-arrival, and/or damaged-on-arrival (DOA) within 7 days of the order being received. After returning the product to the address provided by our Customer Support, we can send you a new item free of charge.

In order to qualify for a DOA claim Customers must do the following:

  • - Contact our Customer Support not later than 7 days after delivery.

  • - Send a clear photo or video of the damaged or defective product and the shipping packaging.

  • - Send a proof of payment /receipt from the courier/.

  • - Product returns must be via one of our approved shipping methods; our Customer Support can provide you with further details.

  • - After we have received the product and confirmed the product is faulty, we will send you a new product and the return shipping cost will be refunded based on a valid return receipt. However if our technical team determines the item is not DOA, We will not be able to compensate the return shipping fee.

6 months Repair Warranty

The default product warranty period is 6 months starting from the date you receive the products, during which you are eligible for free repair. Any free repair needs to be confirmed with the manufacturer.

In order to qualify for a 6 months Repair Warranty Customers must do the following:

  • - Contact our Customer Support not later than 6 months after delivery.

  • - The claimed products must not be visibly broken, damaged by any external cause, opened, modified, scratched, attempted to be repaired and must be returned together with their original packaging and all components and accessories that come along with the products at the time of sale. If the Customer has damaged/misused the product(s), they will not be eligible for free repair, however Customers can return the product at their own cost and pay a fee for the repair. Return shipping fees will be the Customers responsibility in such cases.

  • - A proof of payment /receipt from the courier/ must be provided for a valid claim.

  • - Product returns must be via one of our approved shipping methods; our Customer Support can provide you with further details.

  • - Customers must pay the shipping fees for returning the item accordingly, while we will cover the shipping fees to send the repaired item back to the Customer.

VII. Returns and Refund

Returns are accepted after contacting us. You have 14 days to change your mind from the day after you receive your order and return the products for a full money refund, meeting the requirements according to the law.

If for whatever reason you do not want your item within 14 days of receiving it, you may contact our Customer Support for a return and a full refund. Kindly note that in such cases the return shipping fee is the Customers responsibility and is non-refundable.

In order to qualify for a return and refund Customers must do the following:

  • - Products MUST be returned in their original packaging, unused and unopened.

  • - A proof of payment /receipt from the courier/ must be provided.

  • - Product returns must be via one of our approved shipping methods; our Customer Support can provide you with further details.

  • - Customers must pay the shipping fees for returning the products.

  • - Refunds are possible only via wire transfers. Customers need to send us their full bank details (Names, Bank account number, SWIFT, Bank name) in order for us to initiate the refund transfer.

  • In 14 days since we have received the product(s) in their original packaging, unused and unopened, we must refund you the money in full.

VIII. Complaints

This Website will take all feedback very seriously and aims to deal with complaints as quickly and effectively as possible.

What is a TracKey™?
The TracKey™ is a Bluetooth Low-Energy device that works with Bluetooth 4.0 ready smart devices (iOS 7.0 and Android 4.4), such as iPhone 4s and above, iPad 3 and above, Samsung S4 and above, etc. It communicates with the free TracKey™ App and has three different functions: it works as a key finder, anti-lost alarm and camera remote shutter.

How do I set up a New TracKey™?
  • Download and install the application from Apple App Store or Google Play by searching “trackey”.
  • Press the button for 3 seconds to activate TracKey™. The buzzer will beep and the blue LED indicator will flash three times.
  • Open the app, click to open the list, click to connect to Trackey™.
  • Rename TracKey in the app. (for example “Car Keys”)
What can I use TracKey™ for?
Attach the new TracKey™ to your keys, dog’s strap, your kid’s favorite toy or any other valuable item you do not want to lose.
  • Activation of the Key finder / Locator: Tap the Scan icon in the app to connect with the Trackey™, then tap the icon to locate TracKey™.
  • Remote shutter: Tap the camera icon to launch the camera in the app. Press the button on the TracKey™ to make the phone take a picture or a video.
  • Anti-lost Alarm: When TracKey™ goes out of safety range, the app will alert you with a sound, vibration and flash. An alarm can be set on the TracKey™ application, on the phone or both. In iOS the alarm can be shut off by shaking the smart device.
How do I replace the TracKey™’s battery?
  • Unscrew the outer shell.
  • Replace the CR2016 battery. Please mind the polarity!
  • Close and tighten the outer shell.
How much is the working time of TracKey™?
If Disconnected, TracKey™ can be found by a phone 7 days / 24 hours, up to 2 years;
If Connected with a phone 7 days / 24 hours, up to 1 year.
Can I use TracKey™ in extreme weather conditions?
Yes, you can use it within big temperature range: from -20 degrees Celsius up to +70 degrees Celsius.
What is the TracKey™’s working range?
TracKey™ works within a 35 meter distance.
How loud is TracKey™’s buzzer?
The buzzer is 70dB. (It is as loud as an average vacuum cleaner).
Can I use TracKey™ without the app downloaded on my phone?
No, you cannot. The application is free and TracKey™ cannot be used with installing and running TracKey™ App on your phone!
What is the estimated delivery date?
Delivery time is usually 1-3 business days.
What type of battery is used to work the TracKey™?
The battery type is CR2016 and you have one for free in the kit.
What is the best way to keep TracKey™’s life longer?
Keep the TracKey™ dry and away from moisture and corrosive materials. Also do not disassemble, attempt to repair, try to modify or adapt this product.
Are there any specific important safety instructions?
Yes. The package contains small parts and should not be used by children without adult supervision. In case children swallow or get choked by these small parts, consult your physician immediately!
What else do I need to know when using TracKey™?
  • 1. Locating the Phone: Press the button on the TracKey™ to find the phone.
  • 2. Location History: When the connection is broken, the TracKey™ App will add a pushpin on the map. It will inform you when and where the TracKey™ was lost.
  • 3. Mute Function: Available only for iOS devices.
  • 4. “Do Not Disturb” Mode: Once switched on, the smart device and the TracKey™ would not alarm, regardless of the connection.
  • 5. Security Mode: When connected to Wi-Fi, the TracKey™ Application can be muted for a certain time. The smart device and the TracKey™ would not alarm you with a sound even when the connection is broken.
